Functional Wall Paint (Commercial)
Seamless walls and floor concept has been specified to be used for hospitals, medical institutes, elderly centres, pharmaceutical factories, food and beverage workshops and other fine electronic clean rooms in The States, Europe and Australia for many years. It is compulsory to apply in certain industries. At the same time, high density of paint film is required for easy cleaning as well as to control the "micro-climate". LAPO Material Innovation (GZ) Ltd. started to study such kind of coatings 10 years age. After 3 years demon-stration, fine tuned the application and durability, today we are launching the product under the name of :Lapoxy".
PROPERTIES
■ SEAMLESS SURFACE (VISIBLE AND INVISIBLE)
3 dimension continuous seamless surfaces (Ceiling, walls and flooring), encapsulated interior “micro-niche”, control air exchange.
■ GOOD CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
Formulated with water base epoxy resin, stable after completely cured, able to withstand all commercial cleaning agent, medical cleaning agent, splash or spillage of acids, alkalies, and organic solvents. Able to be washed frequently.
■ NON-CHALKING
Due to the factors of cost and limitation of formulation, in addition the poor workmanship, normal wall paint will find chalking. (This chalking is invisible, only when you sweep with a black paper). Suspension particles will appear in the interior area, this will give a fatal attack to fine electronic industries and medical institutes.
APPLICATIONS
All those require low dirt retention, no seam, easy clean, and dust free, and high level of hygienic interior environment.
